1. Judgments

Agar aap court mai stenographer ki job Lena chahte hai toh apko only court judgments mai se hi tyari krni hai, kyunki court ke paper mai 90% court judgments hi boli jaati hai.

2. Service matters

Court shorthand paper mai judgmenets ke ilawa 10% service matter bhi aa sakta hai. Service matter bhi court wali language se related hi hota hai.

Service matter court judgments se thoda lengthy aur difficult matter hota hai, isme service matter se related case hote hai. 

Court matter ke saath aap inn matters ki bhi practice kare taki apko exam dete waqt yeh feel naa ho ki humne service matter ki practice nahi ki. 

Jaise jaise aap service matter ki practice karte jayenge apko bahut hi easy lagne lag jayega.

3. Always Dictation practice on 90 to 100 wpm

Agar court exam mai apne 80 wpm ki speed ka test fill kiya hai toh mai apko kahunga aap hamesha 80 wpm se zyada speed par practice kare. 


Taki apko test mai dictator ki speed kam lage, bahut se students court steno ki practice only 80 wpm ki speed se karte rehte hai ...aur test mai kayi baar dictator 85wpm ki speed se bhi paragraph bola jata hai.

Jiske karan students exam mai fail ho jate hai, isiliye aap hamesha 90 wpm ya 100 wpm ki speed ki practice kare taki apko test mai dictator ki speed kam lage.

Yeh yaad rakhe ki apko ek dum nahi speed par leekhna hamesha slow speed par leekhe phir high speed par jaye means 80 wpm ki speed se paragraph leekh kar phir uski dictation 90 speed par leekhe.

4. Always use Pen

Yeh baat maine apne pichle articles mai bhi leekhi thi aur aaj bhi leekh raha hoon ki pencil ke mukable mai pen kyu zaruri hai.


Court ka exam dete waqt meri pencil break ho gayi thi , aur uske baad mai maine kabhi bhi pencil se shorthand nahi leekhi.

5. Self Practice

Mai janta hoon bahut se students daily shorthand centre mai coaching lene jate hai, aur wahan jakar daily dictations karte hai. 

Par iske saath woh self practice kare court words ki toh apki aur bhi practice ho jayegi, jaise jaise aap daily court words ki self practice karne lagenge court words hand par pakke hote rahenge.

Coaching centre ke ilawa self practice bahut zaruri hai, iske liye apko khud hi mehnat karni hogi.

Daily judgment mai se 85 wpm ke according mark karke 5 minute ki dictation record karle aur phir apne apko test de ki 5 minutes mai hamse dictation catch ho rahi hai.

Phir computer par type kare 20 minutes ke andar andar aur printed matter se match karke apni mistake count kare.

Daily aap isi tarah kare apko apni progress khud pata chal jayegi ki hum kahan stand karte hai.

Daily self practice karne se apki mistakes aur typing and shorthand speed increase hone lag jayegi.

6. Daily Practice New Court Judgments/Matters

Bahut se students steno coaching class mai daily ek ya do hi matter par dictation karte rehte hai, jiska hame 100% benefit nahi hota.

Punjab District Courts mai steno ki post niklti rehti hai adhoc basis par jise hum contract basis job bhi kehte hai.

Mai janta hoon ki Punjab Govt aaj kal adhoc job par bahut kam salary deti hai, par hame exam dekhne ke liye ise zarur fill karna chahiye.


Uska benefit yeh hai ki humko pata lagta hai ki court exam mai kis type ka matter bolte hai.

Agar exam kisi aur city mai ho toh bhi fill karke exam dena chahiye aise karne se hamara confidence level high hota hai exam mai paper dene ke liye.

9. Practice Microsoft Excel Sheet





Apko yeh baat bhi pata honi chahiye ki Haryana and Punjab High Court ke rules according steno ke liye excel test pass karna kitna zaruri hai.

Agar aap yeh test nahi pass kar paye apki sari mehnat par paani phir sakta hai, aap iski practice bhi saath saath mai karte jaye.

Shorthand ke saath excel ki practice bhi zaruri hai 70% students excel test naa pass kar paane ke karan fail ho jate hai, jiske karan woh bahut demotivate hote hai.

Isiliye meri suggestion yehi hai ki aap excel sheet par bhi concentration kare taki steno test ke saath aap excel test bhi pass kare.

Excel test pass karne ke liye apko 10 mai se 4 number lene hote hai bas.
