Yeh shorthand 110 wpm ki speed mai likhi huyi hai , aap dekh sakte hai ki isme kitni space hai between outlines aur outlines ki shape bhi bilkul sahi hai..

Shorthand ko copy par leekhne se pehle apne mind ko set karle ki humne 5 minute tak bilkul bhi apna मन mai kuch nahi aane dena, apki eyes bilkul pen ki nib and shorthand lines ki taraf hi honi chahiye. Isse apka Mind bilkul bhi kuch aur nahi sochega.

7. Always keep one word behind when writing dictation
डिक्टेशन लिखते समय हमेशा एक शब्द पीछे रखें
Jab hum dictation ko khud leekh rahe hote hai ya koi hume dictation bol raha hota hai hamesha hame ek word piche hi rehna chahiye.
Kyunki jab hum ek word peeche rahenge toh hamari shorthand par pakad aachi rahegi aur hum apni manzil ki taraf badte jayenge.
Agar aap dictator ke bilkul nal nal leekhte ho toh apko nuksan ho sakta hai, kyunki aap speed catch karne ke chakar mai word mistake kar sakte hai.
Jaldi jali mai aap word galat leekh sakte hai us waqt apka mind bahut fast decision leta hai agar dictator ne word bola petitioner toh aap jaldi jaldi mai "petitioners" paa sakte ho ek "S" ki wajah se apki galti ho sakti hai.
